This framework offers an innovative way of supporting the commissioning of cloud-hosted telephony systems for GP surgery and primary care networks (PCNs).

We are partners with Think Healthcare

Our NHS specialists have developed, and continue to work on, a contact management solution to meet the needs of GP surgeries, PCNs, clusters, ICBs and health boards.

We have created a healthcare communications platform that blends healthcare telephony, contact centre technology and integration with clinical systems: Emis, SystmOne and Vison.

The VCN can be provided to any practice regardless of what system/supplier they have. These products were designed by ex-practice staff to improve access for patients and efficiencies for practices.
